This Farmers Market Registration Agreement and Indemnification ("Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned participant ("Participant") and the event organizers ("Organizers") upon registration for the Olds Farmers Market. By signing this Agreement, the Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND LIABILITY WAIVER
The Participant acknowledges and understands that participation in the Olds Farmers Market involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss. The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance and participation.

The Participant, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, agrees to waive, release, and discharge the Organizers, sponsors, vendors, and venue owners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Olds Farmers Market, including but not limited to claims resulting from negligence.

2. INDEMNIFICATION
The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizers, sponsors, vendors, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the Participant’s actions, conduct, or violations of this Agreement during the Olds Farmers Market.

3. REGISTRATION AND REFUND POLICY
Once vendors are approved, registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be granted for cancellations, no-shows, or inclement weather unless the Olds Regional Exhibition (ORE) cancels the event. The Organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds will be at the sole discretion of the Organizers.

4. CODE OF CONDUCT
The Participant agrees to abide by all event rules and regulations, including compliance with Farmers Market policies and respectful behavior towards staff, vendors, and attendees. The Organizers reserve the right to remove any Participant for misconduct without a refund.

5. PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE
The Participant grants the Organizers permission to use their image, likeness, and voice in event-related promotions, marketing, and media coverage without compensation.

6. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, where the Olds Farmers Market is held. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
