• Tables will only be guaranteed upon receipt of payment; two tables maximum per vendor
• You will be contacted within 3 weeks of your application submission to be updated on your application status.
• Vendors will have 10 business days after receiving an acceptance email to pay online or in person, after those 10 days the space will be offered to the waitlist
• Vendors with food items must provide ORE the Approved Safe Food Handling Certificate within 10 days of application approval; Certificate must be visibly presented the market
• 9’ of width and 6’ of depth per table space, no additional racking or tables are allowed. 10 ft by 10 ft of space per power space and 10 ft by 13 ft of space for corner spaces. We will supply 1 eight foot table and one chair for all vendors. Vendors with power spaces that wish for more tables can request than at an additional cost of $15 or they must bring their own.

• Vendor List will be posted on our website & Facebook by November 1st
• Vendors must remain in their designated area
• All vendor parking in designated parking; handicap parking available
• ORE can cancel any market due to impact on public safety
• Vendors must be in place by 4:30pm Friday November 14th
