- Tables will only be guaranteed upon receipt of payment; two tables maximum per vendor $70 inside table $85 for wall space (power included in wall space)
- You will be contacted within 3 weeks of your application submission to be updated on your
application status.
- Vendors will have 10 business days after receiving an acceptance email to pay online or in
person, after those 10 days the space will be offered to the waitlist
- Vendors with food items must provide ORE the Approved Safe Food Handling Certificate
within 10 days of application approval; Certificate must be visibly presented the market
-9’ of frontage and 4’ of depth per vendor space (54 sq. ft.)
- Tables are assigned at ORE’s discretion and on a first come first serve basis; no
guarantee/promise of location
- Vendor List will be posted on our website & Facebook by November 1
st
- Vendors must remain in their designated area; handicap parking available
- ORE can cancel any market due to impact on public safety
Vendor Qualifications:
- Vendors must submit a completed application that is approved by ORE
- All vendors must abide by all Alberta Farmer’s Market Vendor Rules
- Vendors must operate under public health protocols and regulations
- Olds Regional Exhibition reserves the right to qualify, disqualify or restrict any vendor(s)
at its own discretion
